AI-Content Disclosure

Last updated August 12, 2026

Qmotion.AI is a creative tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate video, images, voices, characters, and music from the prompts, media, and settings you provide. This policy explains, in plain language, how that generated content works and what we expect from you when you use it.

Your outputs are AI-generated

Everything you create with Qmotion.AI — clips, stills, cloned voices, characters, songs, and soundtracks — is produced by machine-learning models. AI output is synthetic. It is not a recording of a real event, a real performance, or a real person unless you deliberately provide such material as an input. Where the law or a platform requires it, you are responsible for labelling content as AI-generated when you publish or distribute it.

No guarantee of accuracy

AI models can produce results that are inaccurate, misleading, biased, or simply unexpected. Generated content may contain factual errors, visual artifacts, mispronunciations, or details you did not ask for. Qmotion.AI does not verify the truth, safety, or fitness of any output. You should review and edit anything you generate before relying on it, and you should never treat AI output as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You are responsible for how you use your creations

You decide what to generate and where it goes. You are solely responsible for your prompts, your uploaded inputs, and the final content you publish, share, or sell. That includes making sure you have the rights to any images, audio, likenesses, or text you feed into the tool, and making sure your finished content complies with the laws of your country and the rules of any platform you post it to.

Prohibited uses

Qmotion.AI may not be used to create, and you may not use anything you make with it for, the following:

  • Deepfakes or synthetic likenesses of real, identifiable people — including their face, body, or voice — without that person’s clear, informed consent.
  • Disinformation, fabricated news, fake events, or manipulated media intended to deceive the public or influence elections.
  • Impersonation of a real person, brand, official, or organization in a way designed to mislead others.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes children in any form.
  • Harassment, defamation, hate, incitement to violence, or content that targets or endangers an individual or group.
  • Fraud, scams, forged documents, or any content created to commit or facilitate a crime.
  • Anything else that is illegal where you live or where your audience is.

Content moderation

Generation on Qmotion.AI is content-moderated. Prompts and inputs are screened automatically, and requests that appear to violate this policy may be blocked, and repeated or serious violations may result in loss of access to the service. Moderation is an added safeguard, not a guarantee — it does not remove your responsibility for what you create and how you use it.

Ownership and third-party rights

Because AI models are trained on large datasets and different jurisdictions treat AI output differently, the copyright status of generated content can be uncertain. You are responsible for confirming that your use of any output respects the intellectual-property, publicity, and privacy rights of others. When in doubt, seek your own legal advice before commercial use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this AI-Content Policy as our features, the underlying technology, and applicable law evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use Qmotion.AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
